函数功能
设置远程NPC模式，开启后的NPC可以不限制距离远程触发。

参数说明
NpcIndex: 数值型 NPC的对象index。
RemoteEnabled: 数值型 是否开启远程NPC支持（0：关闭，1：开启）。
返回值
新的NPC远程模式的开启状态（0 或者 1）。
